Remote Configuration
For security reasons, all blank passwords have been replaced with a password. Please email remote@streambox.com with your company name and the serial number of your Streambox Avenir or Chroma that you're trying to contact. Someone will reply with the password quickly during Support hours of 9A-5P (Pacific Time) on weekdays, and as soon as possible outside of those hours.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but this additional security is necessary to help ensure our platform is not an avenue for malware and data breaches.
